Leadership Academy

This in-person or virtual six month leadership academy can be tailored for your company’s new and emerging leaders or for seasoned leaders who seek to improve their leadership and communication skills.

Each session consists of teaching and interactive discussion and implementation steps between sessions.

Session 1: Understanding Your DISC Communication and Leadership Style

Through a debrief of the participants’ DISC communication & behavioral report (results from an individual assessment), participants gain an understanding of their unique communication and leadership style. This knowledge will be reinforced in the upcoming sessions.

Session 2: How to Lead When You’re Not In Charge

Participants gain insights and steps regarding how to effectively lead when they are “in the middle” between those they lead and upper management or corporate.

Session 3: How to Better Lead Meetings & Projects

Participants gain insights and steps regarding how to effectively lead when they are “in the middle” between those they lead and upper management or corporate.

Session 4: How to Have Healthy And Productive Conflict

Participants will change their paradigm around conflict as something to avoid. Learn how to establish a trusting environment that encourages healthy and productive conflict with their team.

Session 5: Master Difficult Conversations

Difficult conversations can be tempting to avoid due to being uncomfortable for everyone involved. However, leaders can take specific steps to ensure these conversations are timely and mastered with care and candor.

Session 6: The Art of Delegation

Many leaders have a difficult time letting go of tasks that they need to delegate. Participants will learn how to delegate correctly and effectively for maximum productivity while developing their team into future leaders as a result.
